Promotion of STEM
Array of Engineers is proud to foster STEM interest and talent in our younger generations. We have partnered with Grand Valley State University, Michigan State University, University of Michigan, and Michigan Technological University and more in order to provide co-op and internship opportunities to engineering students. Our interns are able to jump start their engineering careers by learning hands on technical skills and being a part of complex projects. We feel it is our responsibility to help grow future engineers in West Michigan.
Mentoring is critical in helping younger generations explore and develop an interest in the STEM fields. This is why our team participates in numerous STEM related events and activities with students from the greater Grand Rapids area, such as FIRST Robotics, Tech Savvy, Change the Code, Women of Aerospace, and MiCareerQuest. We are proud to contribute workspaces, technical resources, and mentoring.
High Quality Standards
Our processes are certified to the ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D quality management systems. Our team holds design experience with the DO-254 standard and has worked through all aspects of the lifecycle and certification processes for DO-178B/C. Our business is also compliant with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) regulations and in compliance with the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) 800-171 series regulations.
Promotion of Creativity
At Array of Engineers, we take pride in our unique and custom-solution approach to each client problem set. We invest heavily in internal research and development. Our R&D team have designed and developed various test automation products such as our Automated Test Controller (ATC) and Automated Test Software (ATS), which are collectively programmed to automate test validation and verification procedures. Our hardware and firmware team has also developed custom FPGA IP cores, PCBs, digital/analog circuits, and more.
